I took photos for proof and called Vistaprint's customer service. Even though it wasn't their fault, they said they didn't need the photos. I was told my word was good enough. This time I preferred a refund as new product would arrive too late. That refund was processing through my paypal within MINUTES! You can't beat customer service like that.
